Hotel Bristol, the jewel of Art Nouveau architecture from 1912 was one of the first luxury hotels in Belgrade and served as a symbol of a mundane life of the then capital. During its rich history, it hosted diplomats, artists, merchants and military officials, and for decades it was recognized as a place where culture, politics and the business world would meet. After careful restoration, this pearl of architecture is now a part of the Belgrade Waterfront complex, but it still retains the spirit of the past as well as the tradition of cosmopolitan Belgrade.

Our location in authentic neighbourhood of Savamala further emphasizes the uniqueness of Elizabeth. Once a commercial and cultural centre, Savamala was the center of Belgrade’s social life in the 19 th and early 20 th centuries – full of hotels, cafes, galleries and warehouses that pulsated with life on the banks of the Sava River. Today, this historic part of the city is once again becoming the epicentre of the capital, combining Old Belgrade soul with modern rhythm and architecture.

Elizabeth Signature Bar by Bruno Vanzan

Exclusive cocktails in Elizabeth carry a stamp of the world-renowned mixology elite – Bruno Vanzan, multiple world champion in flairtending and mixology. His renowned consulting agency BV Holding designed the complete set-up of our bar, while Mr Vanzan himself, together with his assistant Adrian, personally imparted knowledge and philosophy to our team or bartenders and cocktail masters during a two-month training. The result is a bar that stands side by side with the world’s most prestigious addresses.

Our Spirits collection numbers more than 100 carefully selected labels, covering the most
prominent names from all world regions. The offer includes:

  • The best Scottish single malt whiskeys, including the pride of Elizabeth – the only official Macallan bar in Serbia, with all available bottles of Macallan on the Balkan

  • exclusive world-class bourbons,

  • carefully selected whiskeys from India,

  • authentic and rare Azul Tequilas,

  • over 20 types of Gin and Brandy, among which Drumshanbo Gunpowder Irish Gin – Bruno Vanzan Edition stands out

Elizabeth offers 12 signature cocktails, each of which is conceived as a special emotion in a glass. In addition to them, our team brings the classics to perfections, and guests can always order a cocktail of their choice – whether it’s something they liked from out list or a drink they’ve tried anywhere in the world. Cocktail stations are designed according to Bruno’s standards, with cold stations and programmes for sweet, hot and sour cocktails.

A special pride of Elizabeth is out Bar Lab – a creative workshop in which we produce our own liquors, syrups, edible garnishes and infusions. The most specific among them is the infusion from the sacred Palo Santo tree, from which we make syrup with an authentic smell and a unique character. At Bar Lab, the details that accompany each cocktail are also created – from personalized seals on the ice, to edible chocolate and banana leaf garnishes.

Our philosophy is clear: each cocktail has a carefully selected glass, unique garnish and specific type of ice. With this approach, expertise and readiness of the Elizabeth bar is positioned at the world level and lays the foundation for the goal we set for ourselves – to enter the prestigious list of Top 50 bars in the world.

About Bruno Vanzan

Bruno Vanzan is the name which is synonymous with innovation and perfection in the world of cocktails. He was born in Italy, and he quickly became one of the most famous bartenders today thanks to his charisma, technical perfection and ability to transform the cocktail into an artistic experience. He has won over 60 international awards, including the title of World Flairtending Champion in 2015, and his style of mixology combines precision, creativity and performance. Author of several books on mixology, lecturer and consultant for prestigious bars around the world, his Gin and BV Holding set the standards for the bars of the future.

Miloš Savić i Miloš Janković

Our head chefs Miloš and Miloš, bring to the kitchen the energy of young masters who have gained experience in prestigious restaurants across Europe. Their philosophy is simple – food must shine. By combining traditional recipes with modern techniques, they create dishes that are both familiar and completely new.

Georgianna Hiliadaki and consulting team

Greek chef with two Michelin stars, Georgianna Hiliadaki, is known for her sophisticated yet warm approach to food. Her cuisine combines the Mediterranean and the world, and in Elizabeth she has transferred part of her philosophy: simplicity, elegance and focus on sensory experience. With her team, she helped lay the foundations of our culinary direction.

Devoille

French pastry chef, Christophe Devoille, is in charge for the most delicate part of our menu – Desserts. With many years of experience in high-end pastry shops, his signature is creations that look like art and at the same time carry the warmth of French tradition. Every dessert is a story in itself – from the first smell to the last bite.
